Please note if you are phoning Broadway, the phones are sometimes diverted to Newtown Union Health Service during breaks and lunchtimes.
It is really helpful if you let us know if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments are valuable and this provides a space for someone else.
A nurse is available to give phone advice, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm on weekdays.
An urgent drop-in clinic with a doctor is held on Saturdays 9.00am – 1.00pm. While you don’t need to book an appointment, this service is limited to urgent cases only. The clinic runs on a “first in, first served” basis so you may have to wait. You can phone the receptionist to check the waiting time.
After Hours phone calls are no longer diverted to the After Hours Service.
