A Special Meeting of NUHS members will be held on Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 5.30 p.m. at
Trinity Church, Hall Avenue, Newtown.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and vote on proposed changes to the NUHS
Constitution in response to the changes required to comply with the Incorporated Society Act.
Below is a copy of the draft changes to be agreed upon. It’s important that as many members as possible take part, so we can agree on the changes and submit prior to 31 March 2026. To vote members need to attend in person.
